What data we collect and why
Design requests
In the design request form we collect the client’s name and client number, the email address, the club, the team, the country, the category and the gender of the garment, your comments, and the logo files you upload, along with their measurements and fonts. We use them to prepare the design you are asking for.
Orders
In the order form we collect the full name, phone number, email address, address, country, client name and client number, the chosen fabric, the sizes and names for the garments, and the design file you upload. We use them to manufacture and deliver your order.
User account
If you create an account on the website, we store the details you enter in it, such as your name, email address and address, so you can log in and check your information. You can see and change them from your account at any time.
Manufacturing data
To produce the garments we need the sizes and the quantities. When the order is personalised, we also need the players’ names and numbers. This data is used only to manufacture that order.
Files you send us
If you upload images, logos or designs, please note that image files may contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS), and anyone who downloads the image could extract it.
Cookies
We use cookies so the website works and to remember your preferences.
If you create an account or log in, session cookies are stored to keep you signed in and to remember your screen preferences.
The forms are protected with Google reCAPTCHA, which uses cookies and browsing data to tell people apart from automated programs. You can read how Google handles that data at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can delete cookies from your browser at any time.
Third-party services
The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when you visit a page.
The forms use Google reCAPTCHA, as explained above.
Some pages may include content hosted on other sites, such as videos or maps. That content behaves exactly as if you were visiting the other website: its owners may collect data about you and use their own cookies.
Who we share your data with
With the factory that produces your order, and only what is needed to manufacture it: references, sizes, quantities and, where applicable, names and numbers.
With the carrier, so your order can be delivered.
With our technology providers, who supply our email, website hosting and file storage services.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes.
Internal order tool
To prepare our manufacturing orders we use an internal tool called TrakiaX Orders, used only by our staff. With the permission of the account owner, it reads and writes files in the company’s Google Drive — order sheets, the order database and design files — and sends order emails from the company account. It only handles the order data described above and does not access anyone’s personal accounts.
How long we keep your data
Order and design-request data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts. Afterwards it is kept for the periods required by law for tax and accounting obligations. User account data is kept for as long as the account remains active.
Your rights
We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. You may ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to the processing and receive a copy in a file. Write to [email protected].
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Bulgarian data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, http://www.cpdp.bg), or to the data protection authority of your own country. These rights do not affect data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Order data is stored on Google services. The forms and the fonts also pass through Google servers. These services may process data on servers located outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by European law.
