1. Who we are and what we do

2. Requests through the website
Our website allows clients to request a design and place an order using the corresponding forms, and to create a user account. Sending a form does not mean the order is accepted: we will reply by email to confirm the details and the quotation.
3. Quotations and orders
Each quotation is tailored to the model, the fabric, the quantities and the personalisation. An order becomes firm when the client approves the design (BAT) in writing and, where agreed, pays the deposit.
4. Design approval
Before manufacturing we send a design sheet (BAT) for the client to approve. The client must check the names, numbers, sizes, quantities, logos and colours on it. Once approved, we manufacture exactly what appears on that sheet, so we will not be able to accept claims for errors that were not identified during approval.
5. Colours and samples
Sublimation can alter colours. The final ratch what is seen on screen. We recommendrequesting a colour test or a sample before production starts, especially when the design includes gradients, transparencies or photographs. If the client chooses not to request one, they accept any colour variations.
6. Sizes and personalisation
The available sizes are those of each model’s pattern. Names and numbers are produced exactly as the client provides them in writing, keeping capitals, accents and leading zeros.
7. Production times
The usual lead time is three weeks from design approval, and four weeks in high season. The exact date is confirmed with each order. Lead times are estimates beyond our control, such as material
supply or transport.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are those of the accepted quotationey do not include taxes or shipping costs.The method and term of payment are those agreed in each quotation. If payment is not received within the agreed term, we may delay production or delivery until it is settled.
9. Delivery
We deliver to the address given by the client. The client must check the goods on receipt and report any issue within seven calendar days.
10. Changes and cancellations
As these are made-to-measure products, once the design has been approved and production has started we do not accept changes, cancellations or returns for change of mind. Any earlier modification must be requested in writing
and may affect the price and the lead time
11. Warranty and liability
We are liable for manufacturing defects. Trmal wear and tear, misuse, washing orironing that does not follow the care label, and colour variations accepted by the client. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
12. Designs and trademarks
The client warrants that they are entitled to use the logos, crests, trademarks and names they provide, and is responsible for any third-party claims arising from their use. Unless the client tells us otherwise, we may show photographs of the work we have produced on our website and on our social media.
13. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, available at https://trakiax.com/privacy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and by the applicable European Union regulations. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Plovdiv (Bulgaria), without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.
